1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Book A Technician's services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

2. Services

Book A Technician provides home maintenance and technician services across the UAE. All services are carried out by trained and vetted professionals.

3. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking within 30 minutes of your request. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings.

4. Pricing

All prices are confirmed before work begins. Additional charges may apply for materials or extended scope of work, which will always be communicated before proceeding.

5. Liability

Book A Technician is not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to the service performed. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
